All orders are processed during business hours of 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. (Eastern Time), Monday-Friday & Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays, and major holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email with the shipping tracking information.

All orders that are processed before 1 p.m. will ship the same business day. All orders processed after 1 p.m. will ship the next business day.  No orders will ship on the weekends and major holidays.

Once your order has been processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with the shipping tracking information.

The estimated delivery time for your order depends on your shipping address and the shipping method used. The primary shipping methods that we use is: Retail ground shipping (economy) and First Class parcels by USPS. However, we do offer faster shipping methods by the major carriers. 

All of our products are shipped from US warehouses. Some of our products are shipped by our suppliers in our behalf, located in the USA.

All orders shipped to the USA estimated delivery time is: 2 - 8 business days.  This means that once your order is processed and ships, you will receive it within 2 - 8 business days.  Weekends & Holidays do not count.

Shipping costs depends on the weight of the item, shipping location and shipping method used. We have provided a great shipping calculator at the checkout page, where you can find out exactly the shipping cost for your order.

Yes, we have a 30 days return policy for our products.  Here are the following guidelines for this policy:

Return Policy Guidelines 

  1. We primarily accept returns for defective products or if the wrong product was shipped. We will email a return shipping label for you to ship back the product. You must include all parts and original manufacturer packaging that the product came with. Once we receive back the product, we will inspect it to ensure that all of the parts have been returned.  We will then ship a replacement or immediately issue a full / partial refund.
  2. If you want to return your item because you simply changed your mind. We will accept the return only if the package has not been opened and the product has not been used.  You will have to pay the shipping cost to return the item back to us. Once we received the item and inspect it, then we will issue the refund. 
  3. If you ordered the wrong size for your item; no problem! Just mail back the product and we will ship free the same product in the size you choose.  You will only have to pay the shipping cost on the return.  
  4. If the product is used, then the product doesn't qualify as an acceptable return.
  5. An acceptable return means that the product is defective, an incorrect size, or the incorrect item was shipped. 

All of the product photos come differently from the manufacturer or from our photography lab.  Some browser may display or render the colors slightly differently. We are not responsible for how the colors are rendered in your browser. 

Acceptable returns are defective or incorrect products, or incorrect sizes.  For example, if you ordered a red bag and we sent you a blue bag, we will accept the return by sending you a prepaid return label.  If the product is unused  and in the original manufacturer's packaging, ship the product back to us.  Please refer to "Can I return my order" page.

GS4LESS is not responsible for lost packages.  The carriers, such as the post office, are responsible for delivery of the package(s).  Please use the shipping tracking number to locate the package.  

We will use the tracking information to determine whether the package was delivered.  If the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to the destination address, we will not be held responsible for missing or stolen packages. 

If the carrier hasn't delivered the package, we will continue to investigate and contact the carrier to locate your package.  This process may take up to 60 days.  After 60 days, we reship the order or issue a refund.
